Shipping Overview

Every JackCoHenry piece is handcrafted to order from our workshop in Singapore. Once your bespoke order is complete, it is carefully packed and dispatched within 1–3 business days. Please note that fulfillment time reflects production and dispatch — delivery to your address will take additional time depending on your location and the season.

March 2026 Update — Middle East Shipping Delays: Due to ongoing regional instability, orders shipping to Bahrain, Israel, Iran, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Syria, and the UAE may experience delays. We will update this page as the situation evolves. We appreciate your patience.

Order Processing

Every JackCoHenry piece is handcrafted to order. Production time is separate from shipping time.

• Bespoke & made-to-order production time: 4-5 weeks

• Ready-stock dispatch time: 1–3 business days, where applicable

Production time may vary during peak periods, material restocks, public holidays, or highly customised projects. We will keep you informed if there are any changes to your estimated timeline.

Regular Shipping

Singapore orders are delivered via DHL Domestic Express within 1–2 business days after dispatch.

Same-Day Delivery (Grab Express)

Need your piece today? We offer same-day delivery on weekdays (excluding public holidays) for orders placed before 3:00 PM. Email us at info@jackcohenry.com after placing your order with your preferred delivery window.

International Shipping

JackCoHenry ships worldwide via express courier from our Singapore workshop. Most international orders arrive within one week of dispatch — often faster than standard postal services.

International shipping availability depends on courier coverage, customs regulations, destination restrictions, and the type of leather or material used. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by customs clearance, courier delays, weather, public holidays, or address issues.

We subsidise part of the international shipping cost based on your order value. See the Shipping Costs table below.

US Orders — Tariffs & Duties Covered

From 29 August 2025, JackCoHenry absorbs all tariffs and duties on US orders, including the 10% US tariff and 4.5% product duties. This applies to all US states including Alaska and Hawaii (US territories excluded).

Duties & Taxes by Country

DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) — duties and taxes are settled at checkout. No surprise charges on delivery. Available for: Canada, India, Malaysia, Monaco, the Philippines, Thailand, UAE, Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, Qatar, Mexico, all EU countries (excluding Germany), and the United Kingdom.

DAP (Delivered At Place) — for all other countries, applicable duties, taxes, VAT, brokerage fees, and customs fees are collected by the carrier upon delivery. These charges are the customer's responsibility and are not included in the product price or shipping fee. JackCoHenry is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance or charges imposed by local customs authorities. Orders returned due to unpaid customs fees will be subject to additional return shipping costs.

Shipping Restrictions

We ship to residential and business addresses only. We are unable to ship to PO Boxes, APO, FPO addresses, parcel lockers, military addresses, or forwarding addresses. If your address is not supported, we will contact you for an alternative.

We do not currently ship to: Russia, Ukraine, Belarus, Ascension, Bouvet Island, British Indian Ocean Territory, French Southern Territories, Heard & McDonald Islands, Pitcairn, Baker Island, Howland Island, Jarvis Island, Johnston Atoll, Kingman Reef, Midway Atoll, Palmyra Atoll, Wake Island, or Western Sahara.

Shipping Costs

On express-only shipping: We ship internationally via express courier only. Non-express postal options remain too unreliable for the standard of service our customers expect. We'll introduce more affordable alternatives as soon as we're confident in their reliability.

On fuel surcharges: Shipping costs can shift with oil prices. In rare cases we may need to apply a surcharge or hold a shipment if costs to your destination become prohibitive. We will always reach out before taking any action.

Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a tracking number where available. Please allow time for the courier system to update after the shipment is created. If you have not received tracking details within the expected dispatch window, contact us at info@jackcohenry.com with your order number.

Taxes & GST

Where applicable, GST or other taxes will be reflected at checkout, on your invoice, or in your order confirmation. If no GST is shown, the listed price should be treated as the payable product price before any delivery or international customs charges.

For DDP countries, all applicable duties and taxes are collected at checkout — no additional charges on delivery. For US orders, all tariffs and duties are covered by JackCoHenry. For all other DAP countries, local customs fees apply upon delivery and are the customer's responsibility.

Incorrect or Incomplete Shipping Address

Please check your shipping address carefully before confirming your order. JackCoHenry is not responsible for failed delivery, return shipment, additional courier charges, or loss caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If you notice an error, contact us immediately at info@jackcohenry.com with your order number.

Failed Delivery or Unclaimed Parcels

If a parcel is returned to JackCoHenry due to failed delivery, refusal to pay customs charges, an incomplete address, or failure to collect from the courier, the customer may be responsible for re-shipping fees and any return charges imposed by the courier.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

If your parcel appears lost or arrives damaged in transit, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number and tracking details. We will assist with courier follow-up where possible. For damaged parcels, please retain the original packaging and provide clear photos of both the parcel and the item.

Material Restrictions

Some leather materials may be restricted or subject to additional regulation in certain countries. If an item cannot be shipped to your destination due to customs or material regulations, we will contact you to recommend a suitable alternative material, or cancel and refund the order where appropriate.
